THE LODGE

The Rock Lodge offers a range of luxurious amenities, including a wood-fired hot tub, outdoor deck, and spacious living area that provide you with a comfortable and relaxing stay. The units are designed to blend in with the natural surroundings, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere that is perfect for unwinding and recharging.

LIVING

Luxuriously appointed with designer touches, The Rock Lodge is a open-plan self-catering stay with a separate bathroom. The private bathroom has a frameless shower, freestanding bath and double vanity.

The neat and compact kitchen is equipped with a bar fridge, microwave, Nespresso machine, toaster and gas stove for your catering needs. 

The patio functions as an extension of the living space, with uninterrupted farm and mountain views. Equipped with an outdoor dining table and chairs. Walk down a short foot path to your own private wood fired hot tub and fire pit. 

THE AREA

Situated at the foot of the Klein Drakenstein Mountain in Paarl, a working Wagyu cattle farm in the beautiful Cape Winelands. Paarl is the largest town in the Cape Winelands.The Wagyu Mountain Lodge is based on a Farm in Paarl South, on the Drakenstein and Lustigan Road. Set against the backdrop of the Klein Drakenstein Mountain Range, the farm overlooks the sweeping valleys views of Paarl Rock, the silhouette of Table Mountain and Simonsberg mountain range.

Pets are unfortunately not welcome.

1 bag of wood and firelighters are provided to get your started. 

Kitchen basics including coffee pods, filter coffee, an assortment of teas, milk, sugar & sweetners are provided.

Fresh sparkling water & still water is provided. 

Gourmet picnic set-up available on request.

Wagyu braai box can be ordered in advance of your stay.

The following items can be purchased at the on-site restaurant: wood, firelighters, wine, ice, coffee pods & wagyu steaks.
