An intimate and private cottage for two adults with its own dip pool, hot tub and a braai surrounded by a stone wall. The cottage is spacious with a fireplace, small lounge and dining area, and both an outside and inside shower.

THE COTTAGE

A quaint and luxurious cottage built entirely out of locally sourced stone and positioned privately between olive trees.

LIVING

Enjoy an outside braai, sun lounger, umbrella and a beautiful private natural plunge pool, just for you on those hot Karoo days. For the cooler evenings enjoy a soak in your own private Kol Kol hot tub.

The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with a gas oven and stove, which allows the unit to be as off-grid as much as possible (no microwave). Pick from an inside or outside shower, with basic locally produced soap & cream. A vanity kit, towels and a hairdryer are also provided.

Stone Cottage has a ceiling fan, fireplace, electric blanket and gas heater to cover all your heating and cooling needs, no matter what the weather.

THE AREA

Farm Cottage is located on Olive Stone Farm, a small, charming farm located in the center of Montagu town in the Western Cape. The farm is characterised by it's architecture, welcoming warmth, beauty, and attention to detail. This farm has been lovingly transformed from what was once simply a piece of land populated with olive trees. Olive Stone Farm produces its own delicious olive oil, bottled olives, vegetables (guests are welcome to make use of the vegetable and salad garden) and proper free-range eggs.

Pets are allowed with prior arrangement.

Breakfast baskets & braai hampers are available on request.

There is a small shop on the farm to buy locally produced products.
