THE BUNGALOW

This open-plan bungalow has a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, lounge with fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchenette. The front deck has outdoor furniture, a gas braai and a private wood-fired hot tub. At the back of the bungalow is an outdoor bath and shower with private and uninterrupted views of the mountains. 

SLEEPING

Fresh linen and towels (both bath and swimming) are provided.

LIVING

Intimate and open plan living with awesome views. The kitchenette has a two plate gas hob, microwave, fridge with a freezer, Nespresso Machine and a toaster. The deck is designed for living, giving this bungalow an indoor-outdoor feeling.

THE AREA

Situated on a picturesque working thoroughbred stud farm, set in the beautiful Hemel ‘N Aarde Valley. Enjoy the beautiful scenery of the mountains and horses, go for walks around the farm, or enjoy the mountain bike trails in the area.

The Hemel ‘n Aarde Valley is just a few kilometres inland from the picturesque town of Hermanus, enjoying generally moderate temperatures and sea breezes in a climate that suits the growth of thoroughbred horses. The fertile Valley also grows other nationally and internationally famous farming products: grapes for award winning wines in neighbouring estates and the highest quality fruit and vegetables, supplying major retailers at home and abroad.

GOOD TO KNOW

Plenty of firewood is provided for the duration of your stay.

Kitchen panty basics are provided including salt, pepper, milk, water, limited coffee pods, instant coffee sachets, tea & sugar.

The bungalow is partially 'loadshedding proof'. There is a gas geyser, two plate gas hob, gas braai, a UPS to keep the wifi running and two LED lights. 

Unfortunately pets are not welcome as there are horses on the farm
