LIVING
Living is made easy at this beautiful open-plan home. The fully equipped kitchen and outdoor braai area offer great options for entertaining, while the swimming pool provides a front-row seat overlooking the tee box. Relax in the lounge and dining area with big glass sliding doors that open onto a beautiful patio, offering stunning views of the estate. The 18-hole golf course comes with a fully equipped clubhouse, restaurant, bar area, and pro shop where guests can even reserve golf carts in advance.
THE AREA
The property is located just 1.8km from the charming town of Robertson in the Western Cape. You'll find plenty of great restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, beauty salons, and more in our delightful town. The scenic Robertson Valley is known as the valley of wine and roses, at the heart of the wine route - Route 62. Surrounded by many cellars and farms where wine lovers can visit for tasting and pairings.
The nearby Langeberg Mountains makes this the perfect spot for adventure lovers. There are many cycling and hiking routes in and around this scenic area, some even around vineyards. Birds Paradise is an excellent place to take the family for a fun day out. With a wide variety of birds and animals, as well as playground equipment, it's sure to be a favourite for the kids.
GOOD TO KNOW
A damage deposit of R1000 is required before/at arrival.
The golf estate requires all guest and vehicle information before arrival.
No pets are allowed.
Children between 0 to 3 years of age can stay for free if they sleep in a crib or share the same en-suite with parents.
Load shedding: the house is equipped with an inverter for the lights, WIFI and TV to operate during load shedding. There is a gas hob for coffee etc. during power outages.
There is a restaurant on the estate (Approximately 800m from the house).
Guests can rent clubs and a golf car if they want to play golf while visiting (at the clubhouse).
Wood can be purchased on site at R70 per bag.
Bath towels are provided, please bring your own swimming towels.
