THE CABIN

Off the grid luxury in Wilderness. Milkwood Cabin is fitted with all the bells and whistles. The living space spills out onto the patio with panoramic views over Island Lake and the Indian Ocean. This unit is fitted with the best quality bedding, with your choice of firm or soft pillows, soft towels and high quality beach towels.

SLEEPING

Bedroom: 1 | King bed en suite

Sofa Bed. Ideally suited for 2 adults, although the cabin can also accommodate an additional adult or child on the double sofa-bed.

LIVING

The open plan interiors offer a spacious place to relax; choose Netflix and chill, sun tanning on the patio loungers or soak in the wood fired hot tub. Shower in nature with your own private outdoor shower or opt to bath with a view.

The cabin is fully open plan, with a small lounge nook.

THE AREA

Wilderness is the ideal destination for that long-overdue romantic break-away, or a full-blown family holiday loaded with fishing, sunbathing, swimming, surfing, paragliding, kayaking, leisurely walks on immaculate Blue Flag beaches... the list goes on!

Wilderness main beach is 8km from Milkwood Cabin.

You will be provided with a basket of complimentary firewood on your first day (for the fireplace and the hot tub). Please enquire from your house assistant for prices on wood should you require more. Charcoal and braai wood for the boma is also available for purchase from your house assistant. You are welcome to ask your house assistant to start a fire in the hot tub, the fireplace or the boma.

The tap water goes through a filtration system and is clean and safe to use.

House Rules:

Please smoke on the deck only, NO smoking inside OR in the bush. This is a wooded area with a high risk of veld/bush fires. Please dispose of your cigarette butt in the provided containers ONLY. No open flames allowed, EXCEPT in the boma.

Please refrain from playing loud music, shouting or making unnecessary noise.

Although we are located in a safe area, kindly close all doors and windows when you leave, to prevent the wildlife from getting in.

Please do not step on or climb on the deck rails. The cables are for aesthetic purposes and will break under pressure.
